Un Verre d’Eau commence son action par une enquête détaillée des besoins et des acteurs lors d’une crise humanitaire. Une visite est ensuite faite pour s’assurer du sérieux des acteurs et de la préservation de la dignité des bénéficiaires. Grâce à son réseau de professionnels, Un Verre d’Eau orchestre enfin une campagne médias pour mettre en lumière l’urgence d’une situation et des projets pour répondre à cette urgence. Read more

A donation is obviously the most effective way of helping Un Verre d'Eau and its partners. However, you can also help us by sharing the campaign with your friends and family.

 

Can I receive a tax deduction?

We issue tax receipts to all donors, but not all donors will benefit from a tax deduction.

Individuals located in France benefit froma 66% tax reduction.Donors resident in the European Union may also benefit from a tax reduction if their country of origin allows it. On the other hand, donors residing outside the European Union are not eligible for a tax reduction in their country of origin.

 

Is my payment secure?

Our donation solution, Donorbox, uses Stripe's secure tokenization mechanism. Card numbers are tokenized (the number is replaced by an indecipherable string, i.e. `tok_fafds23423 ') before the card is debited. Registered cards and bank accounts for recurring donations are also tokenized. As a result, Donorbox and Un Verre d'Eau have no record of the donor's card number in their database. This means that hackers will never obtain sensitive banking information from us.

 

Can I make my donation in currencies other than the euro?

Donations can be made in euros, pounds sterling, dollars, Canadian dollars and Swiss francs.
